KSCAN-Magic series  3D Laser scanners is the first system that includes infrared laser + blue laser technology with 5 operational 3D scanning  modes: The infrared laser large area scanning, multiple blue laser crosses fast scanning, 5 blue parallel lasers for a high definition scanning model, plus a single blue laser deep hole access, and built-in photogrammetry system for scanning large objects..

KSCAN-Magic is a high end Metrology 3d Scanner. Its unprecidented 3D scanning speed, accuracy, detail, multiple 3d scanning areaa, and depth of field greatly optimize the 3D metrology workflows. The Kscan CMM  Probe which allows you to obtain data in hard-to-reach or complex surfaces. The KSCAN-Magic series 3d Scanner is the ultimate solution for 3D scanning and CMM measurements.

Five Modes at Your Fingertips

Large area scanning

KSCAN-Magic innovatively adopts large-area scanning powered by 11 infrared parallel laser lines. Its ultimate scanning area reaches 1440 mm x 860 mm, achieveing wide-range measurement with ease.

Ultra-fast scanning

It can 3D scan with 17 blue laser crosses and capture up to 4.150.000 measurements per second, greatly improving work efficiency.

Built in Large-area Photogrammetry

The built-in infrared photogrammetry system, with a shootingarea of 3760 mm x 3150 mm, can efficiently reduce the accumulated errors caused by large-sized measurements, ensuring volumetric accuracy. It is especially suitable for scanning large-sized objects, and measuring efficiently without compromising on accuracy.

Hyperfine scanning

With 7 parallel blue laser lines, KSCAN-Magic Upgrade Series 3D scanner can acuurately obtain complete data complex objects, easily capturing every detail with a maximum resolution of 0.010 mm.

Deep hole scanning

This mode can accurately capture 3D data of deep holes and hard to reach areas.

Innovative Infrared Laser

KSCAN-Magic unique infrared 3D laser scanning technology provides the user with a large 3D scanning area reaches 1000 mm x 1150 mm, Allowing faster capture of large objects with up to 1mm point spacing.

Effortless Efficiency

 With 41 laser lines, KSCAN-Magic 3D scanner provides an unprecedented 3d scanning rate of 1,300,000 points per second. While preforming your 3d scan you can change the modes on the fly to allows the capture of deep holes or definition and improving your work flow.

Extreme-clear details

Under the hyperfine parallel scanning mode, KSCAN-Magic 3D scanner can capture fine details in select areas of interest with a  resolution of up to 0.010 mm.

Single laser line scanning & Metrology-grade NDT measuring

The Single laser  mode accurately allows the 3d scanner to reach down into holes  quickly and capture that data. With 0.020 mm of scanning accuracy and 0.03 mm/m of volume accuracy the Kscan can deliver high precision NDT measurements for any industry.
