*Based on VDI/VDE 2634: Sphere-spacing error is evaluated using traceable length artifacts and markers measured at different locations and orientations within the working volume, in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified accuracy laboratory under controlled environmental conditions (temperature: 20 ± 0.5°C, humidity: 40–60% RH).
